Editorial

Editorial standards

The rules we hold ourselves to, published so readers can hold us to them.

Sourcing

Factual claims carry a named source with a publication date and, where relevant, the date we accessed it. We prefer primary sources. We do not cite vendor marketing material as evidence of market conditions, and we do not repeat statistics whose original source we cannot locate.

Review

Every piece is reviewed before publication for accuracy, clarity, and whether the guidance is actually actionable. AI tools may assist with research and drafting; a person is responsible for every published sentence, and nothing is published without human review.

Independence and disclosure

Coverage cannot be purchased. We accept no payment for editorial placement or links. If a commercial relationship exists with an organization we write about, it is disclosed on that page.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so. Substantive corrections are noted on the page with the date and a description of what changed. Minor typographical fixes are made silently. To report an error, use the contact page.

Updates and dating

Published and updated dates are shown on every article. Guidance that depends on fast-moving platform behavior is reviewed periodically and re-dated only when it has genuinely been re-checked.

Scope limits

We publish marketing research and analysis only. We do not provide medical advice, legal advice, or compliance sign-off, and nothing here should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional counsel in those areas.
